We're All A Lil Loca

  My name is Leah and I am a single mother of three, very unique, individuals.  I love them immensely. I was born and raised in North County San Diego and through all my struggles, I'm still standing.  I am a Licensed cosmetologist and medical assistant but always wanted to be my own boss, in an industry that I love.  So, I decided to create a, vegan-cruelty free, cosmetic line of some of my day to day essentials.    

 This cosmetic line is for all the strong, independent, boss babes, that refuse to crack but gain the title of being a “lil loca” because of it. This is for the person that has been through hell and back and is still confident in succeeding. To the mother hustlers and to ones that have developed an evolutionary superpower of maintaining their sanity in this world.  Lil Loca, is the everyday, go to makeup, for you.  After all, We’re all a little crazy but we are boundless.
